In the Select contacts window, you can search address books for contacts and resources and auto-fill an input field with the related email addresses.
How to automatically add email addresses from an address book:
The following options are available for finding a specific contact, distribution list or resource:
Enter a name in
.To view the contacts of a specific address book, click on
. Select an address book from the list. Depending on the configuration, you can select a department from the list.To only view resources, click on
. Select .Select at least one object. The selected items will be displayed below the list. To undo the selection, click on
.You can also use your system's multi-selection functions.
If required, repeat steps 2 to 3 to find and select additional objects.
To automatically insert the email addresses of the objects selected, click on
