You can be signed in to your groupware account on several devices simultaneously, e.g. with desktop browsers, tablets, smartphones. With each sign-in, an active Session will be created on the groupware server. In the following cases it might be useful to list active sessions and to terminate them if required:
You want to check whether you are signed in to a certain device.
You want to sign out from a specific device.
You want to prevent a maximum number of permitted sessions from being reached. If this occurs you will no longer be able to sign in on another device.
The following options are available:
display all active devices
Note: Email clients that are connected to the groupware server via IMAP will not be displayed.
terminate single sessions
terminate all sessions except the current session
How to edit the active devices:
In the section, all devices with which you are currently signed in are listed.
In order to terminate sessions, do one of the following:
To terminate a single session, click on next to the device.
To terminate all sessions except the active one, click on .
