Using the AI Integration

Using AI functions when replying to email messages

The following options are available:

How to have an email text summarised or translated:

  1. Select an E-Mail.

  2. In the tool bar, click the AI integration icon .

  3. Use the following menu entries:

    • In order to summarise the text, click on Summarise.

    • In order to translate the text, click on Translate to.

After a short delay, the result will be displayed above the original text.

Note: The result will not be saved. The result will disappear if you select another email or click the Close icon next to the header.

How to have a reply to an email text composed:

  1. Select an E-Mail.

  2. In the tool bar, click the AI integration icon .

  3. Use the following menu entries:

    • To generate a response with default values, click on Say thanks or Take care later. The window for replying to the email opens.

      After a short delay, the automatically generated reply will be displayed.

      To proof the text, click on Proofread. In Refine, you can influence the wording style.

    • To create a response using your own words and formulations, click on Generate response. The window for replying to the email opens.

      In What should I write about, enter words or formulations.

      Click the Draft icon.

      After a short delay, the result will be displayed in the email window.

  4. To transfer the response to the email editing window, click on Insert.
